• 4.3 Seller data: profile and business details, application information, compliance status, listings, fulfilment records, balance, and payout references.
• 4.4 Communication data: support requests, order messages, reviews, dispute evidence, and correspondence.
• 4.5 Technical data: IP address, browser, device, session, cookie identifiers, approximate location, security events, and server logs.
• 4.6 Usage data: pages viewed, searches, interactions, referral source, and marketplace analytics where permitted.

• 5.1 Payment providers may return transaction status, reference IDs, risk results, name, and limited payment-method details. We do not need your full card number to operate the marketplace.
• 5.2 Identity providers may confirm verification results and required compliance attributes. OGdelix does not intend to store identity documents when verification is handled by a provider.
• 5.3 Social-login providers may share the profile information you authorise.
• 5.4 Sellers, Buyers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, and public sources may provide transaction, security, or compliance information.

• 6.1 Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure Accounts.
• 6.2 Operate listings, checkout, payments, delivery, support, reviews, disputes, refunds, and Seller payouts.
• 6.3 Communicate about Accounts, orders, policy changes, support, and service availability.
• 6.4 Detect fraud, abuse, duplicate Accounts, payment risk, security incidents, and policy violations.
• 6.5 Review Seller applications and maintain marketplace quality.
• 6.6 Measure performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve products and user experience.
• 6.7 Meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, sanctions, regulatory, and lawful-request obligations.
• 6.8 Send marketing where permitted and consistent with your preferences.

• 7.1 Contract: processing needed to provide your Account, order, listing, delivery, support, or Seller service.
• 7.2 Legal obligation: records and checks required by tax, accounting, consumer, payment, or other applicable law.
• 7.3 Legitimate interests: securing and improving the Platform, preventing fraud, supporting Users, and running an effective marketplace, balanced against your rights.
• 7.4 Consent: optional cookies, certain marketing, or another specific purpose where consent is required.
• 7.5 Legal claims and vital interests: protecting Users, establishing or defending claims, or responding to urgent safety needs where applicable.

We may use automated tools to detect fraud, abuse, unusual transactions, Account compromise, or policy violations and to prioritise manual reviews. Signals can include transaction history, device data, location consistency, Account behaviour, and provider risk results.

We do not intend to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing where the law requires human involvement. You may contact Support to question an eligible decision.

We share Personal Data only where reasonably necessary for the Platform, a transaction, security, legal compliance, or another disclosed purpose.

• 9.1 Sellers and Buyers receive the limited order or fulfilment information needed to complete a transaction.
• 9.2 Payment, refund, banking, and payout providers process transaction information.
• 9.3 Identity, fraud-prevention, and compliance providers support verification and safety checks.
• 9.4 Hosting, storage, analytics, customer-support, email, security, and infrastructure vendors process data for us under appropriate terms.
• 9.5 Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, authorities, or courts may receive information where lawfully required.
• 9.6 A buyer, investor, or successor may receive information during a corporate transaction, subject to confidentiality and applicable law.

Payment card details and identity documents should be entered directly into the systems of the relevant payment or verification provider. OGdelix receives limited references, status, and risk or verification results needed to manage the transaction or Account.

Those providers act under their own legal obligations and privacy notices. Avoid sending full card details, passwords, or identity documents through public messages or ordinary support correspondence unless an authorised secure process specifically requests them.

Personal Data may be processed in the European Economic Area and in other countries where our vendors or marketplace participants operate. Data-protection standards may differ between countries.

Where required, OGdelix uses recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, supplementary security measures, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Independent third parties remain responsible for their own transfers.

We keep Personal Data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, Account management, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, accounting, and legal compliance.

• 12.1 Account data is normally kept while the Account is active and then deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required.
• 12.2 Order, payment-reference, refund, payout, tax, and audit records may be retained for statutory accounting and compliance periods.
• 12.3 Support, order messages, reviews, and dispute evidence are kept as needed to resolve issues and protect marketplace integrity.
• 12.4 Technical and security logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to investigation and prevention needs.
• 12.5 Backups are deleted on a rolling schedule and data connected to a legal claim or investigation may be preserved until it is resolved.

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect Personal Data, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, environment separation, and restricted access to protected order information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, protect your email and devices, enable available security features, and report suspected Account compromise promptly. Never share delivered game credentials publicly.

• 14.2 Opt out of marketing using an unsubscribe link or available preference control. We may still send essential order, Account, safety, and legal messages.
• 14.3 Control optional cookies through the consent tools or browser settings where available.
• 14.4 You can browse some public pages without an Account, but checkout, selling, delivery, and protected features require certain Personal Data.

OGdelix uses necessary cookies and local storage for authentication, cart state, security, load balancing, and core functionality. With consent where required, analytics or advertising partners may use additional technologies to measure performance, referrals, campaigns, and conversions.
